Since 1996 · Rockhgasse 3 · 1010 Vienna, Innere Stadt
Indien Village is an Indian restaurant at Rockhgasse 3 in Vienna's 1st district, run by the Sakhuja family since 1996. Chef Sunny Sakhuja cooks North Indian food: chicken, lamb and beef curries, dishes from the tandoor, biryanis and breads baked fresh in the clay oven.
The menu has its own vegetarian section, and several dishes are made without dairy, which makes them vegan. At lunch there is a buffet that changes every day; in the evening we cook à la carte. The restaurant sits in the middle of the Innere Stadt and is open for lunch and dinner.
Our spice blends are mixed and roasted fresh in house every day.
All dishes are seasoned mild by default. Full heat on request.
