The protection of your personal data is of particular concern to us. We therefore process your data exclusively on the basis of the statutory provisions (GDPR, TKG 2003). In this data protection information we inform you about the most important aspects of data processing within the framework of our website.
When you visit our website, your IP address, the beginning and the end of the session will be recorded for the duration of this session. This is technically necessary and therefore represents a legitimate interest iSv Art 6 abs 1 lit f GDPR. Unless otherwise stipulated below, we will not process these data further.
Forms
If you contact us via a form on the website or by e-mail, your data will be stored with us for six months in order to process the request and in case of follow-up questions. We do not share this data without your consent.
Storage
We would like to point out that for the purpose of the simpler reservation process, the IP data of the connection holder are stored within the scope of cookies, as well as the name, e-mail address, telephone number of the buyer. The data provided by you are required for the performance of the contract or for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. Without this information, we will not be able to complete the reservation with you. Data will not be transferred to third parties. If the reservation process is cancelled, the data stored by us will be deleted.
In the event of a reservation, all data will be stored until the expiry of the tax retention period (7 years). The data processing is carried out on the basis of the statutory provisions of Section 96 (3) TKG and Art 6 (1) lit a (consent) and/or lit b (necessary for the fulfilment of the contract) of the GDPR.

Our website uses so-called cookies. These are small text files that are stored on your device with the help of the browser. They do not cause any damage.
